We don’t offer exchanges or returns, however, if your product arrives damaged or if you react to your product we are here to help. Contact us within 7 days of delivery and send us photographic proof of damage and your order confirmation email.

If you have received the wrong product, or if there was a mistake with your order, please contact us within 14 days of your package being delivered.

Please note we do not offer refunds on sale items or products purchased from anywhere other than www.westernhive.ca.
